The Even Newer Plan 05/28/13
I’m focusing my attention on not overeating, getting the correct portion sizes and exercising.
The New Plan
I’m not really sure there is a “new” plan. Rather I just want to stick as close to primal as possible. I am trying hard to not set unrealistic goals that if I don’t obtain, I will be upset. For now I just want to focus on putting good whole foods into my body and getting exercise when time permits.
I decided to do a Whole30 at the beginning of the new year. I bought and read the book. I really want to cut the sugar cravings and this program is really supposed to help with that. I’ve included a link to the plan from the website below: http://whole9life.com/2012/08/the-whole30-program/
After completing the Whole 30, I will begin a Primal/Paleo Diet. It will be pretty standard but I won’t be including dairy in my diet. I struggle with yogurt and want to cut it out.
